Runcast 43 - The Form Factor

Let’s talk about running form - what is it, and why it's important. Every person runs in his or hers own, unique way. Some run slumped, some waddle, some jump too high, some shuffle... As with everything else, scientists defined universally perfect running form. Why should you care? Well, you shouldn’t, if you’re happy with the way you run. But, if you’re often injured, or you’d like to run faster but your training seems to have plateaued, adjusting your form may be the answer.
