RunCast 18 - Post-marathon blues / What does 'marathon' mean?

Running a race, no matter how long and how big, is a great accomplishment. However, many runners after the race fall into a sort of a funk. Among the long distance runners it's known as post -marathon or post-race blues. It's manifested in the temporary lack of motivation to continue running. Joining me today to explain the post-race blues is Kevin Smith, a coach with marathon dynamics. He coached many long- distance runners and marathoners.
